Jennie MSW, E-RYT 200, is a yoga teacher, Thai yoga bodywork practitioner, and a long-time yoga student. She is passionate about helping people deepen their body/mind/spirit connection through exploration of the eight-fold path of yoga. She teaches classes in Vinyasa, restorative, yin, and chair yoga.
Whether in a yoga class or a private Thai yoga session, Jennie focuses on creating a safe and comfortable environment. Her students leave feeling relaxed, strengthened, connected to self, and empowered to take their yoga off the mat and into their lives!
Off of her own mat, Jennie can be found writing, crocheting, making a mess in the kitchen, and holding the door open for her cat, Mush, as he contemplates life’s great hourly mystery of whether or not to go outside.
