Meghan loves movement. Being a ballet teacher and dancer, she creates unique classes inspired by music, filled with focus on alignment and breath.
She found yoga in her early teens with the discovery that yoga asanas help heal the body and allows one to reach new heights in flexibility and strength.
Meghan practiced this way for many years until moving to Colorado from Texas. Here she was delighted to immerse herself in the community and in developing a more meaningful personal practice. When she came to the realization that what she had come to learn so far was but a drop in an ocean of knowledge, Meghan decided to enroll in a 200 Hour CYT program.
