Libby is straight up crazy about yoga.
As an avid mountain bike rider and racer and trail runner, Libby loves using asana for its physical benefits in athletic recovery and cross training, and she is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge of the safe and effective use of asana for all bodies. As a human being walking this earth, Libby loves the spiritually transformative power of a regular yoga practice to show us a more kind and peaceful way of being. She began teaching to share as widely as possible the life-changing method of existing in the world that is a yoga practice.
Libby is an RYT-200 and completed her training at Full Circle Yoga in Winter 2014 after many years of cultivating a personal yoga practice. She is currently enrolled in FCY’s mentorship program. You can expect a welcoming, uplifting, and active class with a focus on mindfulness and the breath.
