Yoga Alliance 200 hour E-RYT Certified: Erik has been a personal trainer in Longmont since 1998. He loves helping people become healthier and stronger while finding their own inner peace. Besides training, he also raced motorcycles professionally and achieved a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Afterwards, he went in search of something more peaceful,spiritual, and still challenging - Yoga! His practice began in 2008 and he’s been hooked ever since. He dove in taking 1 or 2 classes per day, and he started to notice that his old injuries were becoming healed and he was experiencing a new found peace and strength. He loved the challenge and health benefits combined with heart opening principles of Yoga. In 2010, he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Boulder.


As a teacher, Erik believes in honoring all the emotions in a healthy manner for a more authentic way of being. Erik’s classes have a fun,positive, playful theme while still offering challenging postures and intensities for all levels.
